I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

If a refund is issued, it will be partial based on how much of the commission has been completed

If your commission involves a character you do not own, I require explicit permission from the original owner before proceeding.

You may not use my artwork for AI training, AI generation, or NFTs, even if it's a commission.

My art is not allowed for commercial use unless we’ve discussed and agreed upon it beforehand.

Commercial use will include an additional fee.

My watermark must remain on all finished artwork and may not be removed, cropped out, or altered in any way.

You may not claim my art as your own, repost it without credit, or resell it.

You are allowed to use my work for personal use, such as singular merch batches, prints for your own walls, assets to a stream, as long as it’s properly credited!

Highly detailed characters, armor, or concepts may result in a higher commission price.

If not compliant with my TOS, it can cause being blacklisted depending on the severity of the issue.

Trauma and Healing: If you’d like to explore dark themes, it’s important to approach it in a sensitive and respectful way. For example, themes of healing, overcoming hardship, or recovery may be considered if handled with care and respect.

Creative Freedom: I do appreciate when clients give me some creative freedom with their commissions!

Complex Backgrounds and Action Shots: While I do offer these, keep in mind that more complex settings (like cityscapes or action-packed scenes) may incur an extra fee.

Do provide detailed and clear references. The more specific you are about your character, the easier it is for the artist to deliver a piece that matches your expectations.

Don’t change the commission requirements halfway through. Once a project is started, try to avoid altering the terms (ex: switching the pose or design after the sketch is approved).

Try and be patient with me! I'm currently a college student, so it takes more time for me to catch up with things.
